I mean, I just found out that I'm still employed on THURSDAY.  Haven't had much time to do anything.  That's okay-- everyone that I know kind of put out a "no gifts" thing, so that's fine with me.

What's the worst travel experience you've ever had?

Ugh.  Flying to and from Orlando.  The first time was the January right after 9/11 and there was four stopovers.  I got checked on EACH AND EVERY ONE.  For some reason "little Japanese girl" means "terrorist".

Then coming home.  I flew by myself that time.  I had a stopover- just one this time... in NEWARK, NEW JERSEY.  Yep, I flew EAST, then thirteen hours WEST.  Horrible.

Heroes

So I got a copy of the Heroes Season One on DVD for my bday.  It's been two days since I started and I'm on disc 6.  Is that bad?  I never watched it because I missed the first few and I didn't want to jump in and not understand anything.

Oh, God.  Another show to get hooked on.  Frick.

That's right!  I chopped that shit off! That pile, if I had to estimate, is about the length of my forearm and piled like a pyramid.  It's like when Britney shaved her head, but all real and not shaved (my hair ends around my collarbone).  No skanky extensions here (although, I've been accused of it before and had my hair tugged as a result).  We actually measured it with a ruler because I had wanted to donate it to Locks of Love until my stylist told me that it's supposed to be 10 inches and that's BEFORE you style it (me:  WTF?  It's short enough already!!  Fuck it, I'll donate money.).

It had been waaaaay past the boobies.  My head feels so much lighter.

hm...  this actually might be tough.
1.  Eligibility Worker I -April 2007-present
2.  Social Service Assistant IV - April 2005-April 2007
3.  Associate at Macy*s - November 2005-July 2006
4.  Waitstaff at D&B's -  November 2003-May 2005
5.  Associate at JCPenney's - errrr.... I know I closed the store.  November 2002-December 2002 and some summer.
6.  Mickey Mouse slave- er, I mean, ODF at MGM Studios - January 2002- May 2002.
7.  Waitstaff at Zippy's- (shit, I forgot when I started)- November 2003. I worked there for 1 1/2 years, but I just can't figure out the actual month.  I think it was July 2002, though).

Whew.  Doesn't seem like I worked that much, but when you write it down--  jeez.

Kickboxing for bumps and minor stressors.  For other, more difficult ones, there's my friends and family and Ed and I basically talk it out... and I talk their ear off at the same time.
